So in October of 2013 I decided to try out the Shakeology 3 day cleanse. The Shakeology cleanse is meant to jump start you in your fitness journey, break a plateau, or shred pounds fast & effectively in a healthy way in just 3 days. Here is my journey.
First things first this morning. A side view photo of what I’m starting with. Doing a 3 day shakeology cleanse starting today cuz I have been eating some pretty horrid stuff the past 2 weekends. I need a kick start in my immunity and get rid of this bloat.
Day 1 Shakeology cleanse done! I forgot to snap a pick of my plantain banana that wasn’t even good. Felt fine with the Shakeology all day. Just couldn’t wait for dinner to eat some texture! I already feel amazing. My definition is back! Can’t wait for after day 3.
Here’s a little comparison from Sunday vs today. I ate anything and everything that was given to me this past weekend. I had a birthday party, went to the fair, and a wedding. Had pizza, all kinds of cake, gelato, Famous Dave’s, Chipotle. This is why I always stress that you can’t just eat anything just because you workout. I paid for it on the left picture.
Day 2 of Shakeology cleanse. Feeling bloated and gassy! Pretty amazing because I can still see definition despite the bloat. I’m not really hungry on this cleanse and can workout just fine.
Cleanse done! Although I feel like I could keep going, but I want to eat nuts and berries! Can you see the small difference?
