Do you see someone online and just think ‘Wow, they are so high vibe! How do they do it?’

How do they have so much energy that they are radiating it out of my phone or laptop? (insert lights glowing and vibrational energies lol) You feel it right?

Ever get drawn to someone’s post on social media because of her energy? Ever hit follow because of that? Chances are, you have!

How can I be high vibe like that all the time? How can I have those high vibe social media posts?

I’ve asked myself this question for a very long time and finally cracked that code.

Ready for the juicy details?

This morning, I finally spent some time calling my car insurance about a car accident I was in 11 months ago because I wanted to know what the verdict was in arbitration since my insurance says I was 100% not to blame, and the other person’s car insurance who hit me said I was 20% to blame because I shouldn’t have entered the intersection on my green light. I even had a witness standing at the corner that saw the whole accident. So anyway, my insurance read off the notes and said the evidence was inconclusive and that I am still 100% not to blame.

So it was time to get my medical paid by the other insurance, but I didn’t call them. I didn’t call them because they have harassed me at multiple instances. I didn’t call them because I didn’t want to deal with their rudeness just yet. Because I have a lot of things to do still that require me to be high vibe, I am going to call them later.

I almost called them until I thought about the mood I would be in afterwards because every single time I have spoken to them, it has been a bad experience and so much negativity. At that very moment, I decided to write this blog.

Being in a high vibe state is all about intentionality. You can pretty much predict your high vibe state for the day with your morning routine.

How do you show up for your mornings? What are the first things you do? What mood are those current habits putting you in?

Morning routines need to be a time for self care. It’s a great time to focus on you. It’s so important to take care of you first!

My morning rituals to get me in a high vibe state are the following:

  • Meditating
  • Working Out
  • Personal Development
  • Journaling
  • Messaging

Meditation is a time to give my mind a rest as it is always running with all the ideas I come up with. Working out sets my energy for the day while listening to personal development grows my mindset. Journaling sets my affirmations and intensions with what I want with my life and business. Messaging gets my true soul work out there to live out my mission. Each one of these rituals puts me in a very high vibe state, especially journaling. A good book to start with if you have no morning routine is The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life (Before 8AM).

These are actually the same tasks that are non negotiable for my business.

Do you have a morning routine that sets your vibrations for the day? Do you set the intensions so you can always be high vibin’?

The perfect time to post on social media is always when you are at a high vibe as people can feel it. Figure out that peak and post then. It’s not always about when your audience is on as traditional marketing will tell you. You can post when your audience is on, but if you aren’t at a high vibrational level, that post isn’t effective. Ya feel me?
